Each class will have an article to read. I want every student to write a three sentence reponse to their feelings about what is going on in their article. Then on a seperate sheet of paper that will be turned in, students must answer these questions about their article.

on what i read about this artical is that they want to split jerusalem in two so that they can give palistian a home or place to live and hope to make peace with that country but other people think if that were to happen than many things could go wrong.
ReplyDeleteWhat i read is basically saying that the EU had a proposal that East Jerusalem should become the capital of a new palestinian state to solve the whole problem between the israelites and arabs. But the procees being led by Sweden harms the EU's ability to take part in the political process between Israel and the palestinians. While some people believe that splitting Jerusalem into two states would finally cause peace between israelis and palistians some believe that this should not be Sweden's decision and they should not lead this process.
ReplyDeletei think that the new country of palestine should choose a new capital because that would create more problems to solve.i also believe that since jerusalem is already the capital of a country that maybe just maybe there is a possibility thjat there might be some chaos invovled in this.
ReplyDeletei think that if they are trying to make peace then they should make East jerusalem the capital of future palestine because then they wouldnt have war anymore and the people would be happy and not as many soldiers would be killed.Also the govornment willbe happy and the soldiers can go back to their family.
